By booking a reservation with Boston Coach Limos, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is processed.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates typically include base fare, taxes, and tolls. Gratuity is discretionary unless otherwise stated in your corporate contract.
The full fare is charged to the credit card on file upon completion of the trip. For hourly services or special events, a deposit may be required.
Boston Coach Limos reserves the right to refuse service to any person who acts in a disorderly manner or poses a threat to the chauffeur or vehicle safety. Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., severe weather, accidents) or mechanical failure beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to provide a backup vehicle in such instances.
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will do our best to help you recover them. Please contact dispatch immediately if you believe you left something behind.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
