Cancellation Policy

At Boston Coach Limos, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs who reserve their time for you.

1. Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may heavily incur a cancellation fee.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full base fare of the trip.

3. No-Show Policy

If the passenger cannot be located at the pickup location and does not contact us within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time (or 60 minutes for airport arrivals), the trip will be considered a "No-Show" and charged in full.

4. Airport Delays

We monitor all commercial flights. If your flight is delayed, you will not be charged for waiting time. However, if your flight is cancelled or diverted, please contact us immediately to reschedule.

5. Special Events

For Weddings, Proms, and Large Group Events, a distinct cancellation policy applies as stated in your specific service contract (typically requiring 7-14 days notice).
