A Parent’s Guide to Prom Night Transportation Safety

Home  /  Guides  /  A Parent’s Guide to Prom Night Transportation Safety

Prom night is a rite of passage. But for parents, it can be a night of worry. Will they drive safely? Will they get in a car with someone who has been drinking? At BCL, we turn that anxiety into assurance.

The "Safe Prom" Promise

We prioritize the safety of your children above all else. Our service isn't just about a flashy car; it's about professional adult supervision. We effectively act as chaperones on wheels.

The BCL Parent Contract

We require a signed agreement involving both parents and students:

  • Zero Tolerance: No alcohol, drugs, or vaping are permitted in the vehicle. If found, the ride ends immediately.
  • Bag Checks: Chauffeurs reserve the right to check large bags if suspicious activity is suspected.
  • Direct Contact: Parents are provided with the direct cell phone number of the chauffeur for updates anytime.
  • Itinerary Locking: We do not make unauthorized stops. If the students ask to go to a "house party" not on the list, we call the parents first.

Pricing & Packages

Prom packages typically require a 6-hour minimum booking to cover:

  1. Pickup & Photos (1 Hour)
  2. Dinner Transport (1 Hour)
  3. Prom Duration (Wait Time - 3-4 Hours)
  4. Return Trip (1 Hour)

Tip: Booking one large Sprinter Limo for 12 kids is often cheaper per person than 6 kids taking 3 Uber Blacks, and infinitely safer.
